By accessing the Website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Dr.AtHome operates technology-enabled Gram Chikitsala E-Clinics that facilitate live telemedicine consultations between patients and independent registered medical practitioners (“RMPs”), supported by trained on-site nurses/paramedics, connected diagnostic devices and point-of-care laboratory testing. Consultations are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued under the Indian Medical Council framework.

The RMPs consulting through our platform are independent professionals responsible for their own medical advice, diagnosis and prescriptions. ITX CARE provides the technology, clinic infrastructure and coordination, and does not itself practise medicine.

2. Medical Disclaimer — Not for Emergencies

3. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information about your identity, symptoms, medical history and medications.

4. Appointments, Fees and Payments

Consultation, home-visit, nursing and diagnostic charges are displayed or communicated at the clinic and are payable at the time of service. Fees may vary by doctor, service and location and may change from time to time. Any refunds for services not rendered are processed through the clinic where payment was made.

5. Health Records

Consultation records, prescriptions, vitals and reports are stored in our electronic health record system and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
